Artist’s Profile
The artist Jane Pascoe-Absolom was born in West Meon, Hampshire, and from an early age was encouraged and guided by her parents who believed in her artistic abilities. Jane studied at Farnham Art College and then went on to Guildford, graduating with a distinction in Art & Design. Her work is now widely admired for capturing the beauty of wild animals with breath-taking detail.
Jane is passionate about wild animals and studies her subjects at zoological and wildlife parks, getting to know their individual characters as well as their markings. Using this knowledge she is able to create atmospheric images full of personality.
